LIDDS’ rights issue is registered and trading in Paid Subscribed Shares ceases

LIDDS has carried out a rights issue of shares which was completed on February 6, 2023. The rights issue has been registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office and the last day for trading in paid subscribed shares ("BTA") is February 23, 2023. The record date will be February 27, 2023, after which the BTA will be converted into shares as of 1 March 2023.
